Recently reopened after a fire next door last spring.Same great food and service as before, it's been nicely updated but still holds that original character and charm.

I’ve eaten here probably 400 times. Almost every day from grade 9-12 I had lunch here (if it wasn’t already packed!) it will always have a special place in my life and the food, especially the poutines are to die for! Gravy is so good!!!! Highly recommend. Small but quaint as heck! :)

While visiting a great friend in Stony, we decided to drive over to Sig's Grill for breakfast as he loves the place. It's a typically small town diner that has all the locals visit and enjoy. They have a breakfast special, which we both ordered. Got my eggs poached and they were perfect! We were served by Heather, who is an absolute delight. She kept our coffee cups full and she worked the room solo but still like a pro. These types of diners are at the heart of any small town. They serve their town well, bring together a community and offer classic foods that make your heart and stomach feel full.

Could not wait for them to reopen after the fire, thought that a piece of local history would be gone forever. Not the case. The new decor is clean and they saved the sandwich bar. My son and I had the usual, double cheeseburger with fries. …

If you are ever in Stonewall Manitoba .... stop in at Sig's Grill.... My husband and I had the Cheeseburger Special & Chili Burger..... They were the most leanest burgers we have ever had.... homemade and so tasty! We loved the old time diner style atmosphere.... The customer service was exceptional.... well worth the stop....we will be back for sure!

I’ve been eating here regularly for 17 years since emigrating from England and the food, service and price has always been wonderful. I was in last week with my wife and I noticed the milkshakes had gone up to 6.50 each so we had coffee for 2. We had a small poutine and a cheeseburger each and with the tip the bill came to 53. I nearly fell over. The waitress said the prices had gone up last week. I know everyone is hurting for cash but I’m a truck driver not a banker. Lots of teens eat in their at lunchtime. How are they supposed to afford these prices? Maybe a poutine between 5 of them. Also there are lots of pensioners come in for coffee mornings that get exploited enough by the grocery prices in family foods etc. Good luck with your business in the future but I can no longer afford to eat there. All the best Mel

I have been eating lunch and breakfast at Sigs for 40 years now and new owners should be proud of themselves. After they almost lost the business to a fire next door they totally redid the place but kept "Sigs" intact. I have tried the menu item by item and EVERYTHING is equal to past quality. See a couple bad reviews recently, and know for a fact they are small people with personal issues not related to the food or new owners. Food is always made on order, never pre cooked. Person made that review was unhappy the second they sat down, you know the type. Lunch rush you may wait a few minutes, that's life. Best burgers in town, Denver sandwiches equal to Grandma's on the farm. Best food in Stonewall
